Salesforce Senior Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a contract Salesforce Senior Developer, this full-time remote position will lead Salesforce implementation and maintenance efforts, primarily focusing on Salesforce CPQ, while collaborating with a core Project Team to ensure successful transitions and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead efforts to understand existing Salesforce implementations and identify gaps between current capabilities and desired outcomes
• Manage ongoing maintenance and support of Salesforce systems, contributing to new build work and creating clear documentation
• Inform and implement strategies for CI/CD, test automation, and AI-driven software development

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, specifically with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ
• Proven ability to plan and execute development roadmaps effectively
• Experience in creating technical documentation and artifacts for scalable development
• Familiarity with modern development practices, including CI/CD and test automation
• Experience working in agile environments and participating in standard agile ceremonies
