Salesforce Senior Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager, Salesforce will optimize the Seller experience by managing Salesforce delivery initiatives, collaborating with business stakeholders, and providing technical leadership in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, manage, and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, business system analysts, and quality engineers to achieve performance goals
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure Salesforce projects align with broader business objectives and drive critical initiatives
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying operational inefficiencies and optimizing development processes and system performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• 12+ years of experience leading Salesforce delivery teams, particularly in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Extensive experience with Salesforce ecosystem tools and a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities
• Proven experience implementing advanced Salesforce functionalities and providing strategic direction on Salesforce architecture
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams and managing performance-related discussions
