Salesforce Senior Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Salesforce Senior Manager, this full-time remote position will lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of the Salesforce platform while managing a team of Salesforce Administrators and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to support scalable growth in a SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce roadmap and develop a prioritized product backlog aligned with revenue strategy
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to gather requirements and act as a trusted advisor on Salesforce capabilities
• Lead and develop a team of Salesforce Administrators, establishing delivery standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
• 2+ years of experience in product ownership, business systems leadership, or Revenue Operations
• Experience managing or mentoring Salesforce Administrators or similar roles
• Strong understanding of Sales processes including pipeline management and reporting
• Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Business Analyst certifications preferred
