Salesforce Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project / Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-phase Salesforce programs from planning through go-live and optimization
• Serve as the strategic and delivery point-of-contact across teams, stakeholders, and vendors
• Drive program governance through project plans, risk management, and stakeholder communications

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of program or senior-level project management experience in digital transformation or CRM environments
• 3+ years managing Salesforce-related programs across at least three Salesforce clouds
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and delivery lifecycles
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional delivery teams in a matrixed organization
• Familiarity with data integrity, governance, and Salesforce platform integrations
