Job Summary

Leading customer architecture initiatives, the full-time Salesforce Senior Solution Architect will design and implement scalable solutions for Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud Advanced, ensuring alignment with business needs and overseeing successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud Advanced solutions, ensuring they meet acceptance criteria
• Translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions while collaborating with technology and business stakeholders
• Develop reusable architecture assets to enhance delivery efficiency and customer value

Required qualifications

• Experience as Lead Solution Architect on at least 2 end-to-end Salesforce RCA implementations
• Deep understanding of revenue management operations and complex subscription lifecycles
• Significant knowledge of Salesforce's suite of products, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud Consultant certification, along with CPQ Specialist Certification
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Custom Applications, Lightning Experience, and Flows
