Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Architect - Salesforce Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
• Lead business and technology analysis while providing CRM domain expertise
• Manage client architecture initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring project delivery success

Required Qualifications:

• 4-6+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Significant experience with Salesforce products, especially Service Cloud
• Experience interfacing with offshore partners
• Hands-on solutioning experience on the Salesforce platform for various clients
• Active Salesforce certifications, including Administrator and Service Cloud Consultant
