Job Summary

Leading the design and development of customer and partner portals, the full-time remote Portal & Service Cloud Technical Manager will oversee Salesforce Service Cloud enhancements, manage a technical team, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the technical strategy and implementation of customer and partner portals built on Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Oversee the design and enhancement of Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities, including case management and field service capabilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure integration with other enterprise systems
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration, with 3 years in a leadership role
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
  • Proven experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable
