Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud / ServiceNow ITSM Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Salesforce and ServiceNow products, focusing on support and integration
  • Develop product strategy and roadmap, including stakeholder management and requirements gathering
  • Oversee product backlog, lead development, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically with enterprise software
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Knowledge of ITIL v4
  • Proven ability to analyze, integrate, and migrate workflows between Salesforce and ServiceNow
  • Eligibility as a USC or GC holder
