Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud / ServiceNow ITSM Product Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce and ServiceNow products, focusing on support and integration
- Develop product strategy and roadmap, including stakeholder management and requirements gathering
- Oversee product backlog, lead development, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically with enterprise software
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Knowledge of ITIL v4
- Proven ability to analyze, integrate, and migrate workflows between Salesforce and ServiceNow
- Eligibility as a USC or GC holder
