Supporting existing project managers, the full-time Salesforce Service Cloud Project Manager will manage intake processes and break down requirements in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project intake and requirements breakdown for Salesforce Service Cloud initiatives
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure effective project execution
• Utilize Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud tools to support project objectives

Required qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud at a business level
• Familiarity with Data Cloud and Slack
• Entry-level project management experience in IT services or consulting
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
