Supporting existing project managers, the full-time Salesforce Service Cloud Project Manager will manage intake processes and break down requirements in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the intake process for project requests
• Break down project requirements for clarity and execution
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment on deliverables

Required qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud at a business level
• Familiarity with Data Cloud and Slack
• Entry-level project management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of IT services and consulting
• Relevant education or training in project management or IT
