Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect- Agentforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead on Salesforce projects, focusing on core clouds and Agentforce
• Design and deploy Salesforce Agentforce bots and customize them for specific client use cases
• Provide guidance to developers and admins, oversee delivery quality, and mentor junior team members

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in CRM and enterprise solution delivery
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience in an Architect capacity
• Strong background in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Proven experience with Agentforce deployment in production environments
• Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain relevant credentials quickly
