Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Guide customers through the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions
Lead discovery sessions to define business requirements and create user stories
Design Salesforce solutions, manage deployments, and develop training materials for end users

Required Qualifications

5 years of client-facing consulting experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
3 years of experience in a Salesforce Solution Architecture role
Proficiency in implementing Sales and Service Cloud and other CRM platforms
Salesforce Certifications are required
BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience; MBA is a plus
