Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation
• Hands-on solutioning experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Comprehensive knowledge of business modeling and governance for various customer types
• Demonstrated mastery of Salesforce Flow for designing and troubleshooting workflows
