Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of scalable enterprise CRM solutions, the full-time remote Salesforce Solution Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize Salesforce architectures and drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across various Salesforce clouds and custom capabilities
• Design scalable and secure Salesforce architectures aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams, ensuring compliance with best practices and governance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience implementing and supporting Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments
• 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or Technical Architect role
• Deep expertise across Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong experience designing Salesforce integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems
