Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Summary

Supporting the growth of the nonprofit and higher education sectors, the remote Salesforce Solution Architect will develop strategies, deliver consulting services, and build client relationships while mentoring senior consultants and contributing to business development efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development sales efforts and develop the Salesforce Education Cloud go-to-market strategy
• Build and maintain positive client relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to strategic RFPs, while serving as a Trusted Advisor to clients

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with a focus on nonprofit and higher education
• Ability to understand Apex code to support development efforts on projects
• Experience in developing architecturally sound designs and integration design patterns
• Strong ability to represent the company at industry events and provide thought leadership
• Proven track record in building rapport and trust with senior leaders and decision-makers
