Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Summary

Collaborating with clients to develop scalable Salesforce architecture, the full-time remote Salesforce Solution Architect will design and implement solutions for Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud while acting as a technical subject matter expert.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud solutions
• Lead business and technology analysis while providing CRM domain expertise
• Oversee client architecture initiatives and ensure project delivery success for on+offshore teams

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
• 2-3+ years of solution design experience with Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud
• Foundational understanding of Field Service Object Model, including Work Orders and Service Appointments
• Experience with Salesforce suite of products, including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud (preferred)
• Active Salesforce certifications with a willingness to pursue additional certifications as needed
