Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Summary

To support customer success and drive significant business value, the full-time remote Salesforce Solution Architect will architect tailored solutions, communicate complex concepts to clients, and lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Architect detailed solutions aligned with customer goals and environments
• Lead technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migrations
• Facilitate project meetings and provide status reports while ensuring quality through testing and documentation

Required qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience in a technical or functional role
• Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder
• 2+ years of experience leading technical engagements with program management or architectural responsibilities
• Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer for a professional services company
