Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing Salesforce Practice, the full-time Salesforce Solution Architect will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions for enterprise clients while operating in a client-facing capacity to translate business requirements into scalable architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements
• Conduct discovery and design workshops, creating architecture diagrams for technical and business stakeholders
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and define standards and best practices for ARM and Salesforce implementations

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce industry experience in a consulting capacity with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud quoting products
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) preferred
• Prior experience as a Solution Architect on 4+ quote-to-cash CPQ projects with ERP integration
• Complete understanding of data models, product/pricing master data management, and Q2C processes
