Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Summary

As the primary technical authority for Salesforce platforms, the full-time salaried Salesforce Solution Architect will design and implement scalable solutions, oversee platform strategy and governance, and lead technical delivery while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise technology strategy and oversee integrations across various systems
• Own the Salesforce platform roadmap, including data governance standards and monitoring platform health
• Serve as a hands-on architect and principal developer, providing architectural direction and quality oversight for external contractors

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise technology experience, with 3+ years in a Salesforce Architect or Lead Developer role
• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, particularly in Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, NPSP, and Nonprofit Cloud
• Expert proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with data modeling, migration planning, and platform optimization
• Required Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification
