Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud, the full-time remote Salesforce Solution Architect will lead design workshops, define target-state architecture, and guide integration patterns to enhance field operations and support digital transformation goals.
Key responsibilities
- Own Salesforce solution architecture across various Salesforce capabilities, including Field Service and Service Cloud
- Lead discovery and solution design workshops to align business outcomes and technical design decisions
- Architect scalable integration patterns between Salesforce and enterprise platforms using APIs and event-driven architecture
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology solutions, including 6+ years of Salesforce experience
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud functionalities
- Proven ability to define end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for complex enterprise-scale programs
- Experience designing mobile-first Salesforce Field Service experiences for various user roles
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including automation, data model design, and security
