Salesforce Solution Architect
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to work remotely, who will lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions specifically for Banking and Financial Services clients, utilizing Financial Services Cloud, Omni Studio, and Marketing Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and design
- Design and implement customer onboarding and engagement journeys using OmniScripts, FlexCards, and Journey Builder
- Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and OmniStudio
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and integration architecture
- Strong background in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow
- Domain experience in Banking or Financial Services
- Familiarity with deployment tools such as Copado and project management tools like Jira and Confluence
