Salesforce Solution Architect
Job Summary
Serving as the primary functional and solution architect for Salesforce implementation engagements, the remote Advancement Solution Architect will lead projects from discovery through to deployment, ensuring scalable solutions for university advancement and nonprofit fundraising clients.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end Salesforce implementation process, including requirements development, solution design, and deployment
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing analysis and recommendations to align solutions with business goals and best practices
- Support practice growth through proposal development, thought leadership, and the creation of reusable assets
Required qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Salesforce Admin Certification
- Deep functional and technical expertise in Salesforce, including configuration, data models, and integrations
- Experience with both waterfall and agile software development methodologies in enterprise-level Salesforce projects
- Proven ability to document and diagram business processes and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
