Salesforce Solution Architect
Job Summary
Experienced Salesforce Solution Architects will find a full-time remote opportunity focused on leading the technical and functional architecture of Salesforce implementations, particularly in Contact Center and Service Cloud Voice, while collaborating with pre-sales teams to develop strategic proposals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead solution design discussions and validate feasibility for Salesforce implementations
- Develop enterprise-grade information architecture and processes to enhance client value from Salesforce technology
- Mentor technical teams and enforce architecture and development standards across projects
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2 years in an architect role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Contact Center, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect
- Mandatory Salesforce certifications, including Developer, Consultant, and Architect
- Extensive background in pre-sales solutioning and engagement architecture
- Solid experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with Agile project environment experience
