Salesforce Solutions Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Solutions Analyst to support complex cloud applications and provide tier 3 support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are on time and within scope
- Develop business requirements and functional specifications by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and technical resources
- Monitor and troubleshoot production application issues, maintaining a knowledgebase to improve support capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology with cloud applications, preferably Salesforce
- Salesforce certifications are a plus, including Salesforce Admin/Advanced Admin and Developer certifications
- Experience with enterprise projects and working with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in a software development or technology organization, preferably in higher education
