Salesforce Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, owning solution design from discovery through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business requirements and technical constraints
• Own technical scoping, solution architecture, and implementation plans for Salesforce-based solutions
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions including data models, automation, and custom functionality

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of solution design and delivery experience, including hands-on Salesforce work
• Proven experience in a technical, customer-facing role
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and automation
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and development
• Ability to scope projects and manage multiple parallel engagements
