Salesforce Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support the GPO business team, the full-time Salesforce Solutions Architect will design and deliver IT solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring integration with existing CRM systems while driving technical improvements and future-state architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architectural vision for the Salesforce platform, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions
• Collaborate with the GPO business team to translate complex business needs into effective system solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Develop and maintain CRM architecture models, standards, and best practices while mentoring team members on Salesforce platform governance

Required qualifications

• BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Minimum of ten years of experience in IT architecture design and implementation
• Significant hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, particularly Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Experience in a CRM Delivery team or similar technology organization
• Preferred certifications include Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
