Salesforce Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Salesforce Solutions Architect will lead project implementations by understanding customer business processes and delivering tailored solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements refinement sessions to identify customer needs
• Deliver Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor team members on Salesforce best practices and collaborate with pre-sale teams to address customer specifications

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect or Consultant
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, advanced configuration, and data management
• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
• Experience with Agile project methodologies
• Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant preferred
