Salesforce Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Supporting the enhancement of Salesforce environments, the full-time Salesforce Solutions Architect will manage solution design, metadata configuration, and integration strategies while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Produce solution designs for Salesforce components and determine sandbox types and sizing for testing requirements
• Define metadata configuration approaches and onboarding sequences for product groups in a shared environment
• Troubleshoot Salesforce performance issues and resolve metadata conflicts while maintaining compliance with federal standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or 8 years with an Associate's Degree, or 10 years with a High School Diploma
• Hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex and declarative customizations
• Experience producing Salesforce solution designs and evaluating integration approaches
• Understanding of federal compliance considerations affecting Salesforce solutions
• Ability to take a holistic view of project scope and impacts when designing solutions
