Salesforce Solutions Developer

Job Summary

Responsible for the development and support of Salesforce implementations, the full-time Salesforce Solutions Developer will work remotely while collaborating with IT stakeholders and business partners to deliver scalable solutions and enhance coding standards, with quarterly travel to Lancaster, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure, administer, and support Salesforce implementations with a focus on Financial Services Cloud and nCino-managed packages
• Lead software design efforts, including code reviews, unit testing, and technical documentation development
• Collaborate with key business partners to understand objectives and deploy secure, adaptable solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of applications development experience
• 3+ years of experience using Salesforce Lightning, Custom Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APEX
• 3+ years of experience with one or more Salesforce Clouds, such as Financial Services Cloud or Marketing Cloud
• Experience in mentoring and training junior developers in coding best practices
