Salesforce Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Solutions Engineer to lead cross-functional technical initiatives and drive Salesforce-powered business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical collaboration across 5+ agile teams to align solutions with business needs
• Serve as the primary liaison between Enterprise Architecture and development teams, overseeing deployment strategies
• Translate business needs into Salesforce features while ensuring metadata consistency and strong data architecture

Required Qualifications

• College Degree in computer science, information science, or management information systems preferred
• Minimum 12 years of IT development experience or equivalent preferred
• Experience as a Technical Lead and/or Project Architect on complex multi-subsystem solution delivery projects preferred
• Strong Salesforce experience and expertise, including Apex coding skills and Salesforce declarative development
• Proven experience as a data architect/analyst with solid knowledge of relational databases
