Salesforce Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Salesforce Solutions Engineer will manage Salesforce platform development and administration, translating business needs into high-quality solutions while overseeing configuration, testing, and post-deployment support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce enhancements, managing timelines and stakeholder communication
• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions, ensuring data quality and security
• Oversee QA and UAT processes, validating solutions and managing defect resolution prior to production releases

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience as an Administrator or Consultant
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications preferred
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce best practices
• Experience with QA, UAT execution, and user training
