Salesforce Solutions Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a Salesforce Solutions Lead, the full-time remote position will provide technical leadership in the Salesforce domain, focusing on prototyping and proof-of-concept work in Health Cloud and OmniStudio while addressing production issues across various solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define technical scope for prototypes that accelerate solutions through analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Deliver solutions across Health Cloud Group Benefits and Administration, Service Cloud, and other components while ensuring alignment with governance standards
• Serve as a key point of contact for business and technical teams, identifying gaps between business processes and Salesforce solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of substantial experience delivering Salesforce solutions with large teams
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder Certifications, plus Health Cloud Specialist Superbadge required
• Strong general business acumen and proven history of managing complex processes
• Advanced English fluency, both written and verbal
