Salesforce Solutions Lead

Job Summary

Providing technical leadership in Salesforce technology, the full-time Salesforce Solutions Lead will design and deliver integration solutions, manage prototypes in Health Cloud and OmniStudio, and resolve production issues while working in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver solutions and designs in Health Cloud Group Benefits, Service Cloud, and Vlocity components
• Identify gaps between business processes and Salesforce features to provide solution options and recommendations
• Document processes and standards to empower team members in design decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 7 years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions with large teams
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder Certifications, and Health Cloud Specialist Superbadge required
• Experience using AI to generate documentation and accelerate design
• Strong general business acumen and history of managing complex processes
