Job Summary
Providing technical leadership in the Salesforce technology domain, the full-time Salesforce Solutions Lead will collaborate with B2B Marketing and Sales and B2C Service teams, focusing on hands-on prototyping and proof-of-concept work in Health Cloud and OmniStudio while addressing production issues across various solutions in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define technical scope for prototypes that accelerate solutions through analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Deliver solutions and designs across Health Cloud Group Benefits and Administration, Vlocity components, and Service Cloud
- Identify gaps between business processes and Salesforce processes, providing solution options that leverage standard Salesforce features
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of substantial experience delivering Salesforce solutions with large teams
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder Certifications, plus Health Cloud Specialist Superbadge required
- Strong general business acumen
- Proven history of managing complex processes and solutions across multi-layered projects
