Salesforce Solutions Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Salesforce Solutions Manager, the full-time remote position will manage the integration of corporate technology systems while advocating for master data management and solution architecture to support the firm's operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Advocate for and design the solution architecture for corporate technology, ensuring seamless interactions between systems like Salesforce and Sage Intacct
• Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer and engineering team to execute the technical vision and maintain the data and systems ecosystem
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and integration workflows, establishing firm-wide standards for user enablement

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Systems, Solutions Architecture, or a similar role, with proven management experience
• Deep hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a required Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Strong understanding of professional services operations and accounting principles, particularly regarding revenue recognition
• Experience with Sage Intacct or equivalent financial systems is highly favorable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
