Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Specialist to support their Customer Relationship Management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage user and license management, including setup and permissions
- Collaborate with end users to resolve support tickets and implement Salesforce configuration changes
- Support commercial operations and participate in enterprise initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Salesforce.com Administrator Certification
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Experience in an Agile environment and supporting work intake processes
- Additional Salesforce certifications preferred
