Salesforce Staff Product Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the architecture and reliability of the certification platform, the full-time remote Salesforce Staff Product Engineer will manage the technical aspects of both internal and external portals, ensuring a scalable and maintainable product experience for merchants and advertisers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the architecture, scalability, and reliability of the certification platform and its integration with LegitScript's broader CRM
• Define the technical roadmap for the certification product experience, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize features and improvements
• Establish and enforce Salesforce engineering governance and best practices to maintain platform health and prevent technical debt

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time on the Salesforce platform using both declarative and programmatic approaches
• Demonstrated experience designing and operating production Salesforce solutions at scale, including Experience Cloud sites
• Strong command of Salesforce platform limits, scaling techniques, and source-driven development practices
• Experience in integration design across REST and SOAP APIs, with a focus on clean interface contracts
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
