Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Support Developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for user issues and custom application modifications
- Assist in coding, configuration, maintenance, testing, and debugging of Salesforce applications
- Participate in team and client meetings to ensure program needs are met for development and data security
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in software development or related field with 4+ years of experience, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 2+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience
- Strong technical knowledge of IT software system configuration and architecture
- Demonstrated skills in translating customer requirements into technical specifications
- Ability to make unanticipated changes to production deliverables with short notice
