Salesforce Support Developer

Job Summary

To support user productivity and security in a custom Salesforce platform, the full-time Salesforce Support Developer will provide operational support, assist with coding and configuration, and manage system security, all while working remotely within the Ameren Illinois service territory.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support for user issues and custom application modifications
• Assist in coding, configuration, maintenance, and debugging of Salesforce applications
• Manage Salesforce system platform security and participate in team meetings to address program needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software development or related field with 2+ years of experience
• 2+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience
• Strong technical knowledge of IT software system configuration and architecture
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications
• Experience with data security for confidential and protected data
