Job Summary
Supporting a custom-designed Salesforce platform, the full-time Salesforce Support Developer will provide operational support, assist in coding and configuration, and manage system security while working remotely for a client-focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational support for user issues and custom application modifications
- Assist in coding, configuration, maintenance, and debugging of Salesforce applications
- Participate in team meetings to ensure program needs for development and data security are met
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in software development or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience
- Strong technical knowledge of IT software system configuration and architecture
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications
- Experience managing data security for confidential information
