Job Summary
Supporting user productivity and development of a custom Salesforce platform, the full-time Salesforce Support Developer will provide operational support, assist in coding and configuration, and manage platform security in a mission-critical environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational support for user issues and requests regarding custom applications and Salesforce modifications
- Assist in coding, configuration, maintenance, testing, and debugging of applications on the Salesforce platform
- Manage Salesforce system platform security and participate in team and client meetings to ensure program needs are met
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in software development or related field with 2+ years of experience, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 2+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience
- Strong technical knowledge of IT software system configuration and architecture
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications
- Experience managing data security for confidential information
