Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer - Salesforce Certified (Temp-To-Hire).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with complex Salesforce/Litify issues and provide technical support
  • Debug and reproduce issues, identifying configuration problems, product bugs, and Salesforce platform bugs
  • Develop knowledgebase articles and video walkthroughs for customer support
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of technical customer-facing experience, preferably in the SaaS space
  • 1-3 years of experience working in Salesforce with relevant certifications such as ADM-201
  • Experience working with a ticketing system, preferably Atlassian Jira and Service Cloud
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
