Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer - Salesforce Certified (Temp-To-Hire).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with complex Salesforce/Litify issues and provide technical support
- Debug and reproduce issues, identifying configuration problems, product bugs, and Salesforce platform bugs
- Develop knowledgebase articles and video walkthroughs for customer support
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of technical customer-facing experience, preferably in the SaaS space
- 1-3 years of experience working in Salesforce with relevant certifications such as ADM-201
- Experience working with a ticketing system, preferably Atlassian Jira and Service Cloud
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
