Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Application Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily production support for Salesforce applications and troubleshoot user-reported issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective application performance and user satisfaction
- Document test results and assist in UAT processes for new features and updates
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a Salesforce support role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform functionality, including standard and custom objects
- Experience with Service Cloud or custom service applications built on Salesforce
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production support environment
