Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Application Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily production support for Salesforce applications and troubleshoot user-reported issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective application performance and user satisfaction
  • Document test results and assist in UAT processes for new features and updates
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a Salesforce support role
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform functionality, including standard and custom objects
  • Experience with Service Cloud or custom service applications built on Salesforce
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production support environment
