Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Systems Administrator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into system improvements and automation requests
• Deliver high-quality Salesforce support and troubleshoot user issues
• Maintain data accuracy and perform quality assurance for new features

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting Salesforce in an operations or system support role
• Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, and data structures
• Experience with data imports, exports, and validation processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into system documentation
• Salesforce Administrator certification is an advantage but not required
