Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce System Analyst III to lead the design and implementation of a Knowledge Management solution within Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Build custom Salesforce Knowledge components and develop workflows for article management
• Integrate Salesforce Knowledge with enterprise document scanning systems and create analytics dashboards
• Lead requirements sessions, document specifications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of business/systems analysis experience
• 5+ years writing requirements for software development
• Experience leading small project teams (3-5 people)
• Proficiency with SQL, metadata concepts, and Agile/RUP methodologies
