• Provide ongoing operational support for internal business systems, addressing production issues
• Create comprehensive documentation of design specifications and system configurations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology field or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and software development
• Salesforce Certifications: Administrator and Platform App Builder
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Component
• Experience with Salesforce integration with multiple internal business systems preferred
