Salesforce Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Information Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and manage Salesforce configuration
• Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using an agile process, including user account management and report/dashboard creation
• Lead information system initiatives outside of Salesforce as needed and continuously expand knowledge of the business

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including user and custom object configuration
• Expertise in designing and troubleshooting complex Salesforce automation flows
• Experience with third-party application integrations and familiarity with API concepts
• Proven ability to lead and deliver technical projects focused on operational process optimization
