Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Systems Lead to manage the technical infrastructure of its revenue organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Salesforce administration, configuration, and optimization while maintaining data integrity and system performance
  • Manage marketing automation platforms and ensure seamless data flow across GTM systems
  • Design and maintain lead routing, scoring, and assignment logic to optimize lead lifecycle stages
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in GTM Systems, Sales Ops Systems, RevOps Systems, or a similar role
  • Salesforce certified with 2+ years of hands-on experience
  • Experience with marketing automation and sales engagement tools
  • Hands-on experience with integrations (APIs, middleware like Zapier/Workato preferred)
  • Strong understanding of GTM data models and system architecture
