Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Lead to manage and enhance their revenue systems, primarily focusing on Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Salesforce product roadmap and manage sprint delivery while ensuring stakeholder communication
  • Maintain operational health across the GTM systems portfolio and support functional teams by translating business needs into system solutions
  • Direct and coordinate a team of offshore Salesforce Administrators/Developers, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective backlog management


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Experience in designing and building Salesforce solutions, particularly with Flow architecture and automation tools
  • Proven ability to manage a systems roadmap and deliver work through agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and data governance practices
  • Experience managing distributed teams and leveraging AI tools to enhance operational efficiency
