Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Systems and Optimization Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own GTM systems roadmap planning by identifying and prioritizing system enhancements
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals and define operational challenges
• Conduct current-state process assessments and define future-state system designs with recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in GTM or revenue operations systems
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce as an Administrator or Systems Expert
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting process assessments and implementing system changes
• Salesforce Certified Administrator is required
